Superbird hood extension

Hi guys.  I just finally found a flat 70 coronet hood to use for my bird project.   I am planning on purchasing a hood extension from Ted JANAK.  I would rather use a steel extension but cannot find one any where.   Do you guys recommend anyone?  Thanks

DonC1 makes metal ones. I was gonna buy one for my bird clone but now trying to get the ball rolling on my Daytona.
