I had to keep reminding myself when reading this article that these guys were writing about the 68 Charger when it was just being released as a new model car from Chrysler.

Boy oh boy if they only knew, they wouldn't be getting an automatic over a four speed Hemi Charger.

I liked how it was written from a 1960s perspective, lingo, and all.

And they also had foresight to ask for the hood treatment, which arrived in 1969:
