Headlight door pivot bushings and stop bumpers? (Other years use same parts?)

I'm repairing a 70 Charger grille. The pivot on the outer sides is a shoulder bolt and on the inside end of each door is the "L" shaped slotted round rod with the attachment base. Both go through a short nylon bushing that is split. On Moparts someone said they are an easy find at hardware or mower repair shops. I've made several calls and even to a "bearing shop" said they have nothing. (I did a search here and Google before posting this.)
There is a small bumper on the door's side and one on the grill frame for an end of travel cushion I can't find replacements for also? (I'm wondering if these fit something else somewhere on the car but can't find a match up.)
I'm hoping someone can help or knows something that will work the same!  :shruggy:

B5,
I just redid my 70 grill this winter. I found the little rubber bump stops at my local hardware store, he has a really good nut and bolt section. I never could find anything close to replace the nylon bushing and just reused the originals. I do need one of the outer pivot shoulder bolts so if you do find a good replacement please post back here.

I've "made" shoulder bolts by adding a brass bushing to form the shoulder. I'll keep my eyes open for something for you.

I found a "Barton Kramer" brand kit for awning windows #192, it has a set of 3 plastic bushings with shoulder screws. Pitch the stubby 5/16th screws and you'll have the smaller bushings. (They are not split but fit fine, polish the shaft of the shoulder bolt for smooth operation.)
NAPA has a rubber bumper pack #665-2260 with 6 bumpers. They are a bit thicker so cut 1/8th off installed height and the hole they fit into may need to be drilled out a bit as the mounting prong is bigger.
I'll be checking window supply stores for the bigger bushing next.  :yesnod:
