Front hub is damaged, where to buy another?

Last year I replaced my driver's side hub and drum with a passenger side off another car so I would have right hand studs for my new wheels.  I just left the shop where my car is getting some work done and the hub is busted.  We initially though the bearing was damaged but it's the hub itself, I have quite a bit of play on it.  Where can I find another?  Are they the same for all Chryslers from that era with 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern?

I probably have a couple sitting around (perfect for stubbing a toe!). The ones off that 69 Coronet front clip are still in the corner where I disassembled it I believe. I'll be over at the garage tonight and can check it out.

Only about 45 minutes away.  I had it in the shop by 1 this afternoon.  I'm motivated to get my car done so I can drive!   :yesnod:
