Anybody buy a street crate or similar from Muscle Motors?  How long did it take to get built and did you have any of the extra add-ons like porting, dyno, or custom cam?

Well I decided to order the Street Krate set up for EFI.  Added on the CNC porting for the heads.  Results from the dyno revealed 618 HP @ 5000 and 682 ft/lbs @ 4400.  One step closer to getting this 15 year project on the road!

Nice.  But I want to know:

1) Where did you get the wood?
2) How did you get the car on there?
3) And can you actually push it around the shop like that?

Pretty cool.

The wood is on shop dollies, so I'd assume they jacked and propped the car that way.

Well the log crib was a creation of my brother in law.  I was stationed in Germany for a couple years and he came up with it to give himself some room to work under the car.  If I recall there was a tractor involved with fork attachment to get it up there.

Cool build. I really want a second gen charger eventually.  Is this car local to the Lansing (Muscle Motors) area? Just hoping I get to see it at a local cruise someday.
When I die I want to go like my Grandfather did, quietly in his sleep.  Not screaming like the passengers in his car.

I have the car in New Mexico, but I move every couple years so it might make its way up there at some point.  Michigan is on our list as a possible retirement location as well.
