After 2 long years the 505 is running and just finished the break-in. Next up is the Dyer's 8-71 blower :D

That's great...congratulations!!!   Sounds nice.   Can  you give us some details on the build.  I love my 505 also.  It is great on the street and equally as impressive on the track.  Love your 69 charger!

Thanks fella's! Started with a 72 440 block , .030" over , 440source stroker kit, 4.25" stroke. Stud girdle w/ billet caps. Eddy heads set up by Dwayne Porter, custom blower cam by Comp, Milodon pan with external pickup.

Good combo!   It is good that you went with the girdle and billet caps...you'll likely need them with all the torque and HP it will output.   I am sorry I didn;t do that.  I am nervous at the track, but so far so good.

Congrats. Been building mine for several years also for my Challenger. Went on the budget side of things with my 528 & it made just shy of 700. Decided it wasn't going to be enough & its all back apart for more. Hoping for 900+ & another 400-500 more on nitrous with the foggers.
