Theres a new Yorker in the junk yard. Engine code C 440.. So im thinking its a 67?? anyway. Is the crank in that thing of any value? Steel or cast? It isn't stamped HP. thanks

I have 2 cranks from Chrysler 440's  If there is any value in them, please let me know.

Ghoste

It should be a forged steel crank but the whole thing is worth saving.

Troy

Forged crank. The 67 should have 915 closed chamber heads on it too. Definitely worth saving!

Troy
Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

hi. heads are gone. Its just a short block. But it loosk like it sucked a valve. One of the pistons has a hole punched though it. And that cylinder wall is screwed up. and its bored 30 over. So I was thinking maybe the crank was worth trying to save.
