My girlfriend couldn't even refrain from ogling big boobs on another woman for half a year.  Let alone a guy refraining for five years. 


I guess the study demonstrated the results of trying to cut back on the ogling . . . which implies that cutting off ALL looking would be even worse for your health.

I tend to go over the daily recommended value but to offset that I limit my sodium intake.
