Is this a rear main seal leak? (pic)

I had a small leak coming off of the bottom of the bellhousing since putting in the motor last year. It was a small leak before, but it seems to be getting worse.  Interestingly, it seems to have gotten worse since I added a quart of Marvel Mystery oil about 2 weeks ago thinking it would quiet down my lifter noise.   I ended up swapping out all of the lifters which did take care of the ticking I had.

The Marvel Oil was like water, could that cause the leak to worsen? I felt I could live with the 3 inch wet spot it was leaving before, but now its leaving 8 inch puddles after shutting it down.

I need to change the oil now as I used assembly lube on the new lifters but I am thinking of pulling the pan off to take a look.  I tried snugging down the rear pan bolts yesterday but they are all tight. I am running a windage tray sandwiched between 2 gaskets. I used spray tack on the gaskets as I always did.

For those who had a rear main seal leak, does this look like one? I am running a Lakewood bellhousing with motor plate. Is it even possible to access the main seal with this bellhousing? it looks crazy tight in there.

It could be the rear main, plugs on the back of the engine, back of the intake, rear part of the valve covers, etc.  I would start up top in the rear of the engine and look for any oil leaks.  You can also buy a dye kit and use a black light to see the origin of the leak.  I would pull the trans/bell housing and look at the back of the engine for any loose plugs too.  I chased a leak on a 408 stroker for months.

Also, check the oil pressure sending unit...

Thanks guys, unfortunately, its not coming from up top, sending unit, valve covers, or the intake. I had the intake off last week doing the lifters and it is all bone dry back there.  I hope its not a plug but that certainly would be a possibility.   The thought of pulling off that bellhousing is giving me the sweats as that thing is a beast to work with.  :brickwall:  I was just curious if anyone recognized the pattern in which the oil was dripping down, appreciate the feedback.
