I think the guy wants to say is that the 2nd gen is more desirable than 3rd gen.....but at the same time I think  he wanted to say that 3rd gens are ugly, but that's why he responded the way he did......just tell the truth dude and let it be.... :2thumbs:

I appreciate the 3rd gen haters. It keeps the prices down. Buy them both if the prices are right.

I'd suggest using a more friendly, grown up avatar before going down that road.  That is, unless you want to keep us all humored.

How'd this guy get in here?  Did somebody leave the daycare door open over at Moparts again?

Well if these girls will stop bickering I have a question for the OP

Why are these cars for sale now ?

Makes a big differance on how much you could get them for
Looks like they have been there for some time
Are they selling house and moving ?
Getting tired of cutting grass around them and time to go ?
Watch a lot of Barret Jackson and think they are worth big bucks ?
I am never going to get time to fix them so let some one else ?

Clearly, you get more cement block with the 73.

Must be more goodies inside and this was to thwart robbers.

I'm sold on the '73!!
'74 Rallye 4spd (WH23L4) (1 of 94)
'74 Rallye Auto (WH23L4) (quad black)
'69 Swinger 340 - 4spd
'70 Duster 340 - 4spd

With little info and small pics I'll give it a go.
73 is a 1,000 car. The 1968 could probably get 3k or 3500 if you had time to wait a little.
Both would be a hassle to resell because they are total projects. If frame rot is present then value is down.
But if you already own a 73, maybe buy both & use the 73 as a parts car.
Either sell or save the 68 for a future project or just to say, "yea I own a 68 charger".
