Do you guys ever find it hard to believe you actually own a charger?
Sometimes I look at my car and think..there's no way I actually own this, its too damn cool.
With so many people owning chevys & fords, sometimes you gotta step back and realize your blessed to own the best..a charger.

The70RT

No, because I have had mine since 1978. I wouldn't know how to act if I didn't own one  :2thumbs:

I still get as excited when I see it in the garage as the first one thirty years ago.

The "Charger Grin", I like that.  When I had my first one, it was back when it was still okay to let them sit in the driveway and as a light sleeper there were more than a few nights where I would get up in the middle of the night and go outside to just stare at it in the moonlight.

Should've took pics of that moment Ghoste. It's rare now to see what you just described. Can't leave these outside anymore. I have a hard time running errands in mine. Unless I'm in and out. But you couldn't tell I'm worried cause I too am wearing the charger grin.  :icon_smile_big:

The other thing I didn't do back then was take lots of pictures of the car, you had to buy film and get it developed so it was a hassle.  The selfies age was far off.
But here it is sitting on the gravel driveway off the gravel sideroad where we lived.  In the winter dad would always make me park it out by the barn.  Judging by the trees and bountiful crop in the field my guess is that this is early April and I've jsut moved it from the barn to the driveway.  Thats why there is a photo, it was a big occasion.

Still can't believe it after a year of owning mine.

Not only is it cool to drive or even just stare at, its a reminder that I've achieved something that I waited my whole life for and worked damn hard for.
These aren't easy to get over here.

Life's Good when you have a Charger in your garage.

Good picture.  Tires, rims, and color combo make it look like a hot wheel.    :2thumbs:

Thanks.  At night it looked like a ghost car with the silver paint and somehow got that nickname locally.  When I went for vanity plates "GHOST" wasn't available so I put a silent "E" at the end, like "Ye Olde Candy Shoppe", and thats where the Ghoste username came from.

I've had mine for 4 months after dreaming for 20 years......and everyday I am  :icon_smile_big: knowing she is in my garage. Then again the amount of stress to keep her pristine takes a toll....

I have had this car for 20 years. Now the body is done and waiting on funds to finish it. it just sits in my garage now being sinister looking.
