It's not me making that car look good.  If it is really a numbers matching 69 RT 440 plum crazy for $19k, then the car just is good.  Hopefully it's not a scam but you know I am always the skeptic.  If it's a real deal, buy it.  Before I do.

Hell I emailed that guy.... :yesnod:

Just recently or have you received anything back from him?  When something is too good to be true it likely is.  I am very curious.

I imagine he is going to be getting a TON of emails now that it has hit every charger hunter's favorite thread!

Yep.  Nature of the beast I suppose.

Nothing you'd be interested in Ben, but since this thread has become the national craigslist charger marketplace:

I wouldn't call it so much as stealing as others going and completing a purchase, courtesy of your cowboy keyboarding  :slap:.

In fact, I was kind of annoyed that you seem all talk (or type) and no action at first.....but now that you are helping find these all these cars, it's opening up a lot of possibilities for those who walk the walk!

I'm sorry I can't go see more cars but I go to school and work so thier is not much time left to drive 13 hours just to go check out a car to buy so I do the next best things going to local shows knocking on local doors asking around and checking the Internet

In giving it my best effort for what I have time for I wish i could just at moments notice go to Chicago and look at a car but sadly I cant

Thanks for the compliment Ben.

I don't think anyone is "stealing" anything though.  This has become a place for everyone to look.  You are gonna have to move faster.  A lot faster.  Other people are searching for chargers also and you can not expect someone who has been looking just like you have to ignore a deal just because they saw it on this thread.  I have seen some deals I liked and haven't moved on them because I really need another car like a hole in the head.  But that's not the case with everyone and, quite frankly, if I get my butt on the phone / plane / road faster than you, well then, that's how it is I suppose.

Take no offense to any of that.  It's really just to say that you need to make some real moves.  And there IS a lot out there.  I'm still pulling for you....

That all makes sense, but again, nature of the beast.  You either have to get out there or be willing to pull the trigger, quickly, on a sight unseen, something none of us recommend, but heck, sometimes it works out.

The chances of finding the car in your town are pretty low.  It will be somewhere else.  If it is the good deal you are looking for, it will go quick.  Those 2 facts need to be dealt with is all.

Yeah I remember that car....back on page....well yeah I remember it.  I think the delle needs to reevaluate his train of thought. 11900 males sense....so does the current asking price. But if you didnt sell at 11900 asking more seems sketchy

I bet he went up so he can come down to get what he wants for it
Probably tired of everybody offering way less than what he was asking because he was really asking what he wants for the car
