That is the Steve Fox Daytona. It was the first wing car done by Troy Angelly and Paul Jacobs.
The Daytona went on to win OE GOLD and best of show at the 2007 Mopar Nationals.
I saw it last at the 2012 MCACN show when all 5 of the OE Daytonas were present!

I remember it looking that way with the slot mags and white letter tires when it was featured in 'Car Collector' magazine back in October 1979.

Beautiful. Wasn't also featured in Mopar Collectors Guide in 07-08 or somewhere about there? I remembered the Ca plate on it.
