HANDM: It's gotta be an automatic! Mine's like driving a 3/4-ton truck, w/ lots of suspension, tranny and rear-end noise. I've also been known to compare it to driving a beercan down the road, but that doesn't mean that I don't still love it.

Been following this thread and like the response you had.  (I had one today with two people jumping out of a truck while I was filling up and running around the car taking pics on their phones.  Didn't quite seem right  :scratchchin:, but they also just seemed enthusiastic, not like they were up to anything). 
Who in their right mind would say

"The science should not stand in the way of this."? 

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us. 

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....
