were convertable 70 Bees available ?

No........ I believe no model year Superbee had a ragtop offering.......  Only the sister Road Runner had 'em.......

OUCH... I don't like Plymouth bodies with Cudas and 71/72 GTX-RR exception. Shame no Bees convertables :(
