Recognize this car?

Does anyone recognize this car from anywhere?  I met a guy at a recent car show and he offered to sell me this, he then sent me a picture and I really feel like I have seen this car somewhere else recently.  Any ideas?  VIN= XP29G8G223364

i've seen a car similar to that. i think someone on here was selling a 500 that looked like that . troy's i believe, way better shape. but that aint his.
is that guy outta houston. i rememeber a long time ago seeing one like it on craigslist, but i was in pieces. about 4 years ago.

I met him in Houston, the car is currently in "East Texas".  Craigslist could have easily been where I have seen it.  I just know I have seen it.  And I have seen it like this, not in pieces.  He supposedly has the grill assembly and at least a number more parts for it.  Says it has a 440 in it now.  That is about what I know so far.  Might not be a bad long term project if the price ends up being right, but I need a lot more info.  I figured someone here has surely seen it....
