I had a bid of 15k.....I'm still searching for a black, 440, 4 speed for 20k.

I was going to say that it was pretty clean to have over 100k miles on it, the painted valve covers and all the oil on the lower part of the engine and the front of the transmission shows the mileage though. Still it would be a damn nice driver plus it has A/C for us old farts... You ought to snag that one Mark.

Hopefully the new owner will be able to help the car resolve its identity crisis.

I think 20k is still a good value for that car. Nothing extremely rare but looks good and you can enjoy it right now. No visible major rust and not missing any pieces. Gonna have to watch it to see how high it goes.

Ghoste

I think 20k is good too, of course with the reserve not met yet at that point it seems the seller has other ideas.

Tan Top to the rescue!  :2thumbs:

that's why we keep him around

and seller cancelled all bids and ended auction

I predict the auction will be back up again.  :popcrn:

I'd be lucky to get that kind of bid on my unrestored original paint 24,000 mile #'s matching R/T 440 car. Is that 318 non R/T worth more then my car? LEON.
