69 Charger R/T matching numbers HP motor , blue / turquise under the orange ?

  this car is on EBay at the minute , see below  , sure it was on  5 or 6 years ago too

anyway !  check out  picture below ,  looks like block was blue/turquoise - then painted orange  ,   defiantly seen this once before , think twice before , one I defiantly remember , was a unrestored A4 silver  69 Charger R/T , think it was a early 69 ,  low sequential vin if I remember correctly!  matching numbers motor ,  turquoise /bluish - under  orange , did have a picture saved , but lots a load of pictures last year   ( was mentioned in a thread years ago too )

this red  Charger R/T is a  May  69 SPD  , this is just an idea  wonder if Chrysler  used the 350 horse none hp 440 ( painted orange ) in the automatic cars with A/C ,  similar deal to the 383 auto roadrunners with A/C ,
think the 69 Dodge Dart 340 GTS  had a different cam in the 4 speed  compared to the  the automatic  car , but factory HP ratings were the same  
cant see Chrysler using,  turquoise 68 hp motors , painted orange ,   that late into the 69 model year  
like I say  just thinking , may be a bit far out

Didn't they paint complete engines, no sign of torquise on sump, single coat orange peeling off , possibly late correct date code for reuse in this vehicle, ?
Any photos of top pad and casting date numbers

another thing making me think it could be a C body  350 horse 440 , ( what you have already spotted *fy469rtse * 
is  the oil pan /sump ...  no turquoise /bluish underneath , because they used the correct (402) pan for a B-body , & the C-bodies come with a (187 ) pan  also  what looks like no double gaskets & windage tray   
I could be over thinking this & imagination running riot
