i like those old matchbox cars, definitely old school

Actually, this is a really, really old school that I was fortunate enough to re-shingle and restore. There were dates scratched into the sheathing from 1790 which was pretty cool. The matchbox cars are pretty cool too...... mine are probably buried in the backyard  :P  Andy

Wow, I can't believe how many of those Matchbox cars I still have. I placed them in a box with paper towels to keep them from getting clunked worse than what they are already.

I just showed my daughter the matchbox website & told her a lot of these were up in the attic. Tomorrow we're attic scrounging for a box of cars. I'll take some photos while I'm at it & also see if the original catalogs are still with them. I found a box of old clippings from newspapers & magazines last week along with the first National Lampoon issue from 1970. That one I'll try to scan & post on here.
