Did all the Superbirds come with the 11 X 2 1/2 rear finned type brake drums?
That would be both 8 3/4 rearends and Dana's?
Also would different sized wheels make a difference?
Again guys with original cars please help.
Our Superbird is a 15 X 7 Rallye wheel car.
Thanks! MJ

John, all birds had front disc and 10 x 2 1/2 rear drum ,I doubt the 8 3/4 A36 auto package had finned drums.

Ive got a Dana and Im pretty sure its still sportin the original drums by the traces of red paint and the cars mileage.

My drums are not finned.
wingless now, but still around.

Mopar John,

No fins on the rear brake drums of my 5400 mile survivor bird, that is a 15 x 7 Rallye wheel car also.

John - 10" drums?
Jim,
I will have to double check! I got so excited about the non finned part I blew past the size!
Are we all in agreement that the correct rear drum size is 10 X 2 1/2?

I'm almost positive that the only disc brake muscle mopar with the big drums out back was the AAR/TA.  otherwise you got 10" drums.  both birds here have their original, non finned drums.
