Heater fan stuck in low

My heater fan will only blow in low speed. Does that mean I need a new heater fan switch or a new heater fan motor resistor? And does anybody know where to get one?

More likely the resistor than a switch.  I would check the local Chrysler dealer or auto parts places for one first, it was used for a long time so could well still be available.
