I need to put these in my bare shell with no drive train.  Do I really need the tool to install the torsion bars?  Is there any reason they wouldn't just slide right in?

I only used the tool for removal. They always slide in with ease.

Yeap.

No tool again... easy to get in. Just getting out is a B*tch.

If it was sold as a torsion bar "install" tool they are just trying to increase sales.  They will slide in easily (at least they better) and just make sure not to nick them.

 thanks guys!  I should have put these in a while back, but I have been slacking.  Too much else going on with getting ready to move.
