I was thinking maybe b3 or q5? Would be nice to see more picts...I think I spy a trailer hitch under the license plate....car does look fairly solid from those 2 crappy photos posted, just not seeing $50k there though...

  I am thinking 30K  more maybe 35 if no big rust issues. 50 is over the top for a 440 auto car in my opinion. You need to be a BIG 500 lover, there are still lots of people out there that never herd or have seen a 69 500.     Jay.

I would have to agree with the previous response........ Maybe an ultra-nice survivor ( if one exists )........ But even with that, it is a stretch.

It sounds relatively rust free for a Wisconsin car and would be great find for someone interested in a distinct 500. B3 is not a common color and would be striking with the B5 guts. For those interested, the price sounds to be quite negotiable.

I thought bug shield was an original paint car, sure looked good in photos to me...

As far as blue, my money is on if blue car... it will be B5 is my bet.  Personally can't think of even 10ea B3 69Chargers with any motor combo..... but wouldn't that be cool a B3 500.   Priced high imo,fwiw

I spoke with him afew days ago. He didnt have any pictures but said the fender tag is definitely coded B3 paint with B5 interior. Though repainted dark blue in the 70's (with an added floral print roof and stripe  ), the firewall in the engine compartment still has the original B3 paint showing. It was repainted because the wife hated the light blue color.

Would not help in trying to get the price down, but I had heard for years that there were only 2 B3 500's out there. Personally I have not seen either one.

Any idea where the info came from that there were only 2 B3 500's ever made? Considering that the sales records are lost, it seems odd that something as detailed as paint color production #'s would be positively known.

The brother of one of my high school friends repainted a 69 RT 440-4speed B3/B5 car for a school project in 1979. I have never seen another Charger in that color combination. That car made a big impression on me. I hope someone is able to pick up this B3/B5 500 and bring her back to life.

I have not ever seen a document saying there were only two built, just was told they only did. At this point it is all hearsay. But there are very few colors that I can not say I have not seen a 500 in. But personally have not seen a B3 one in person yet.
