can you take off cab floor and trunk floor at the same time

Want to remove the cab floor and trunk floor to expose the inside of the frame rails. So I can dip the body and e coat it. Car is completely stripped down so all weight that can be removed has . Just want to clean all the rust out of this thing. The car is just a empty she'll with the floor removed now.

Can you do it?  Yes. 

Should you do it?  Depends.  You should do some bracing on the unibody once you start cutting big pieces out.  Bridge the door openings, etc.
