I about crapped myself the other night when i saw the commercial on TV!! 'Course it was the short 30 second version, but still super cool!! Seeing Bo and Luke on smart phones and tablets is hilarious!! Good to know that no Chargers were destroyed in the making of that commercial, i may not have like it as much if they did!!

Not a real lot , my 68 was jumped several times , the 70 that did the take off for the barn jump , got the most damage , but has since been repaired .

The '70 barn jump car  . . . was that the one where they cardboard-boxed the landing?

It looks like your '68 took a hard hit on that jump in the open field (in the 1st & 2nd clip).

Yes thats the jump into the card board boxes ,  good thing about the mini jump out of the barn , it had been raining for days while they where filming , making the ground nice and soft , which helped with the landings not impacting as bad on the suspensions/bodys .

Can you give us a list of the cars? I see you listed them as SGL...is that for "stunt GL"?

Yes, there was SGL1 and SGL2 which were jumpers. SGL3 and SGL4 were stunt driver cars. HGL1 and HGL2 were both close up cars and were mostly only used for interior shots.

SGL = Stunt General Lee
HGL = Hero General Lee

Both "Hero" cars were original TV series cars and were parts of the 17 cars that were sold off back in 1991.

I know you'll likely have all this info on the website soon, but is this right:

SGL1: 1968 383 jumper (out of the barn, through dealership window)
SGL2: 1970 (jump towards barn, ramp jump to dealership)
SGL3 and 4: purpose built for commercial (any more info on these?)
HGL1: TV car  (which number is this ?)
HGL2: TV car (WGL76)
