Hi Guys,
What are you guys in remote places such as myself using to ship purchased parts. Most places I can find parts are about 20hrs away. I am looking at larger body parts like fender and hood so UPS or FedEx won't work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Greyhound bus lines.
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.

Have you used Greyhound? Their website says everything needs to be crated?

Is the stuff in Canada ?

No I wish! The stuff would be in PA and shipped to Duluth MN or Grand Portage MN. I can then drive down and pick it up.

Greyhound works good, used them on occasion. You have to go there and pick it up from their terminal.
Other option is semi truck delivery, will have to go pick it up from their terminal as well.

Bowers ,Ive got a local business with a fork truck that we have big items shipped to. Just let them know  ahead of time when things are coming and they unload . When we pick up they usually load in my truck. This way most freight companies will deliver to the business.  moparnut

With Greyhound do you have to crate parts up? Say like a bumper core for example  :shruggy:

I shipped a tow bar on Grayhound, just had to be in a box....they weren't' real picky....but like someone aalready said, you have to take it to the bus station and the person on the other end has to go and pick it up.

I've shipped a few body parts (car, not human) through Fastenal.
