You're not going to find any molded hoses for that application.  You will have to figure the needed measurements and search auto stores for flexible type hoses that will work.  Has that car ever been on the road with that engine/radiator combo?  I would not think that little radiator would be up the the task of cooling a 440 w/ac.....

You can find the hoses, just takes time. fist off measure the outside of radiator outlet and inlet and do the same on the engine. Flex hoses might work, but you will probably have to measure the distance to each bend. Then draw you a diagram and take it to your local auto parts store and the can probably get you close or maybe have a hose that will work. Had the same problem years ago, when I dropped a 440 into a duster. Did not know it, but I had gotten a small block radiator.

Have you checked your tranny lines yet?

Looks like a 26" truck radiator, especially with the hose positions. Upper is a standard 1 1/2 diameter, 20" long flex hose. Lower should be off any dodge big block pickup. Same radiator in my car. Mine is a 3 row and cools the car fine.
