I didn't do it.
Not to fret, I have a 70 340 in running condition, to replace this one.

This is what happends when you play with NOS and 4.56 gears kids, and don't have a rev limiter.

Do I even dare to ask how much Nitrous you pushed into the engine?? Damn, that motor just went "Boom" :icon_smile_dead:

BB1

Not me not me, I'm not that stupid.   :icon_smile_dead:

I bought the car that way, I knew about it. His description of the damage was easy fix just sleeve it.

That is why I got another 340, because I didn't trust it.

Man, I've seen a rod or two looking like that...but never ALL of them! :o

That was probably his little brother with the smoked Neon clutch. :eyes:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Looking at those journals I would say it was loose BEFORE the finally. Is it a stick car??

Nope auto; I think the bearings failed, probably high RPMs, and it shook itself to destruction.

Ouch that had to hurt!!

Y'all are right, bottles are for babies. But when they loose to a car on the bottle who is cryin?

I'm one of the non-nitrous types personally.  It's an incredible power adder but one nitrous explosion or fuel solenoid hanging up and you end up with a boat anchor.

BB1

I took 2 NOS solenoids (wet system?) off the fenders. They didn't look to me very new. Possibly 10 to 15 years old.

NOS is great if your making enough power that you need to cool your cylinders down..... :yesnod:
