If you owned an old Mopar and was looking for technical advise, you would see that this site is not a joke. If you only participate in off the topic discussion, shit can go sideways real quick. :Twocents:

A buddy of mine does 401 as an OPP and he has told me they are instructed to give no breaks nor accept any excuse on the 401.

That's fair.  The officer was actually pretty professional about the whole thing.  It just sucked having to got Whitby for my court date.  This was back in 2008, fortunately I've matured since then(At least I'd like to think so  :2thumbs: ).
Every great legend has it's humble beginning.

I'm down with OPP.

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

Wandering off topic but he does have a great story about the one time he let someone off.  The short version of the story is that the guy he pulled over for speeding was rushing the Stanley Cup from Toronto to Detroit and it had to be there in time for the game.  He might be a cop but he is a Canadian cop after all.

Anyone driving that fast on a public road should have their driver's license permanently revoked, in addition to a hefty fine and at least 30 days in jail.

Go back to hugging trees on the Toyota Prius forum.....

Go back to drunk driving, firing a gun in random directions, and all other forms of reckless endangerment, which you logically support by extension.

By the way, Archimedes, being opposed to reckless endangerment has nothing whatsoever to do with being a "tree hugger", which makes your post a particularly comical example of a wild, out-of-deep-deep-left field non sequitur. Your post is also ironic, given that I am exactly the opposite of an environmentalist (AKA: "tree hugger"). If I woke up one morning as the ruler of the world, leaded gas would be available again at the pumps, catalytic converters and all other forms of vehicle emissions controls would no longer be required on cars, lead-free electrical solder would go the way of the dodo bird (as would lead-free shotgun shells and wheel weights), and the concept of anthropogenic global warming would be officially dismissed as junk science, and given no further consideration at all.

I am sick to fucking death of all this macho bullshit here, this is the old site all over again.  Morons spewing garbage.  Are you guys professional assholes or is it a hobby?  Do you feel the need to attack and insult everyone, is it like an addiction?  Is it so goddamn hard to be nice for a change and not think you know every fucking thing on the planet?

Every other thread is full of this bs.  Big words from small boys over and over and over.  Maybe it's a redneck thing, I don't know and don't care to know.  Go in the chat room to piss on each other or at least keep this crap in OT which I'm sure many members avoid anyway.  It's almost worth selling my car just to never read these mindless rants ever again.

They would be even faster and more fuel efficient if you ditched the emissions control equipment, or more specifically: designed them without the emissions control equipment to begin with. You can't easily just ditch the existing stuff in a modern car because it is so integrated.
