69 Upper Door pad medallion

At quick glance I think these are somehow riveted in? If I were to remove them so I could re dye the pad how would this go back on? glue? I saw other threads on this exact thing but not sure if what people did?

Yeah, the medallions are pot metal & have tabs on the backside that are swedged over.
I usually just file the tabs down to remove the emblems. I reinstall with dabs of epoxy on the backside tabs. Clear silicone would work also.
