Pictures have to be less than 200 KB ( you will have to resize them )

If you have tried to load any and it did not work make sure you change the name on the picture before you try to reload again or it will just say you have one already by that name and still not let you post it

Open in Microsoft paint / resize / click on the pixles tab and reduce it. Then check size, if it's below 200kb rename it and save it. then you can post it.

my favorite colour , Patina , welcome
before you start pulling her down, note book , annd start writing down everthing you think is missing to make her complete,
so much is reproduced, so if in doubt, post photo's and we will help ,

stormd

I have a question as I am missing most of the interior. does any one know if classic industries sells door panels and seats that are not covered as I am going with a custom interior? and don't want to buy things with covers just to pull them off.

fy469rtse

Clear plastic taped over door , to mark all relevant holes , used as a template for new boards , upholstery shop should be able to help with board material

twodko

I pretty sure you'll have to fab up door panel yourself if you go custom.

You can buy new seat foam for OEM seats......highly recommend you do that.

If you won't be covering the seats for awhile you might look into some inexpensive
seat covers a la JC Whitney.

nvrbdn

yep, you can probably find some good seat frames and foams. check swap meets for the frames.

here is the direction that I plan on going with the car. the black will stay on the side and the burnt orange will be on the top. then for the interior everything that is white will be black  and with orange accents.

ugly2u

You can make door and rear seat panels stating with paper, transfer to cardboard, then upholstery shop board. Should be inexpensive and easy. Did my interior that way. Looked great.

Transferring let's you refine the shape without cutting more expensive material and making mistakes. Measure once cut 3 times.

Glad to see you got your pix posted   Looks like a nice project, and a nice direction

jfreakofkorn

looks pretty solid

wish i can find something like that

best of luck w/ it =)

stormd

ok quick question I need a back seat and was wondering  what all years and models would will interchange just b-body's? or is there others? and thanks for the help/info or the or panels.

stormd

Question about interior on the headliner how far down does the headliner go down on the sailpanels or is there a hard panel that covers that area? does any one have pictures
?

70 sublime

It goes right down to the bottom
The flat tray that goes between the back seat and window will cover up the bottom end of the headliner in the corners

ok well a little update and question. The car is still in the process of getting blasted so no pictures of how truly bad it is. :brickwall: now for the question has anyone run the hotchkis suspension, torsion bars, and the tuned shocks? :scratchchin:

stormd

Well I pulled the trigger today and order the hotchkis tvs system and their  torsion bars.

plasticman-32

stormd

I still have to order the hotchkis shocks to go with everything.  Then move on to converting to disc brakes.

stormd

Welcome and congrats... I got my 68 RT 5 years ago in the same condition. Acid dipped, new floors, 1/4's, from AMD. Great Quality Sheet Metal. She's now has new paint, vinyl top, and headliner. Slow expensive project, but well worth it.  :2thumbs:

Good Luck.

It is the complete tvs system along with torsion bars. The Hotchkis shocks will be here Monday and the car should be back from the sand blaster any day!
