I just picked up a 93 wrangler that I am going to part out, but I have to give the guy back the rear wheels, and we tried for a couple hours to get them off but was not able to do it! I have been working on cars now for over 35 years and I have come across some stubborn wheels, but never this bad! We have hit them with a sledge from the front, the back, wire brushed the center rim around the hub and sprayed it with PB blaster. I do not have torches, but not sure if that would even help. He wants the rims to be still good, so we cannot go too wild on them to get them off ! Anybody have suggestions how to get them off.....it would require quite a big puller to go that direction and I don't have one big enough....these things are really on there! I am trying to get the ball and bar out of the hitch in the back and...same problem! Got to just love the ole' rust bug that bites so hard up here in the North country! Thanks for any help!

Aluminum wheels?  I had to literally drive a flatbar in between the wheel and the hub on my daily to get the wheel off.  When you do get it off, he needs to apply some anti seize to the hub face before putting the wheels back on another vehicle, or he'll have the same problem again.

how I normally get stuck wheels off !  & (JB400) is right  !! ,  normally is aluminium wheels  :flame:  where guys who service it / work on it never put anti seize copper grease on the hub / hub  centre

what I do jack it up ,  support car or ... on stands  , sit on on the ground , then only way I can describe it to stomp /kick each side of the  tire & rim alternately with left & right legs /feet  ,  left foot at  9 & right at 3  position on a clock face , wear heavy boots etc , once you get a good rhythm , rocking motion going every thing comes off  , well I've  never had one that never come off ,

Loosen the lug nuts.

Drive around the back yard in a tight figure eight pattern.

Jerking the steering wheel violently each time you change direction.

Been there.

Done that.

Tell the guy if he wants the wheels back, he is welcome to come get them.
