Please Identify these parts

These were in the box with my original Tail light wiring harness.

I think they secure the harness to the body somewhere.  :shruggy:

Can someone please identify these parts and the location (with pictures, please) where they are supposed to go ?

I had those on both my cars on the floor, under the carpet to secure wires.
They sit in the indent track on the floor screwed down, you should have small holes there.  
You can see them in this pic I cropped of my 73.

the third Phillips screw is to attach the harness , black ground wire to the floor

Here's a little tip for you do it yourself restorers :

If you label your parts with a piece of masking tape with the part name written on it...

Don't expect that piece of masking tape to still be stuck to that part 19 years later.

Yea, on a similar note ... if your wife labels the bag, be more specific.  I had a bunch labeled sail panel or quarter panel, but I didn't know in side, out side which side.   :lol:
