I'd drive that Dart and be very happy doing so.

With the bigger wheels on your car do they rub on the fenders if you turn too far ?

Yes. Actually the problem appears to be the offset of the wheels. If the wheels had a more negative offset the problem would mostly disappear.

When you remove that scoop thing what if anything sticks out of the hood?
I would put the 72 Demon Scoop on there and correctly detail the grill.

The intake scoop will be staying on. Next year I will pick up a fiberglass hood with a scoop to go over top. As for the grille, it's staying blacked out.

Drache, you know most people here are old farts (myself included) that are more purest.

Far as 100 people telling you they love your Dart :scratchchin:. I bet the same people love Ricers with fart mufflers! Instead of your fart thing hanging around back, it is sticking through the hood!   :smilielol:

If you love your Hood Fart Thing leave it. It is yourHood Fart Thing Dart  :nana:

Far as what is under your Hood Fart Thing I have up most respect!  :boogie:

As far as what you said about the current Charger, 100% agreement. Only thing they did right was how they spelled Charger. Good looking car, but sure not a Charger in my book.

Hum, I wounder if Fiat might want a look at your Hood Fart Thing  :scratchchin:

Great car to start with Drache

Is there a thread out there that lets everyone post their cars?

Lots of talkers on this board...I'd like to be able to put a car with the screen name...usually their opinions are null and void after seeing what they consider "it".  :nana:

I personally don't like the paint scheme on it... looks unfinished wonder why they did the rear stripe the way they did....just cuts off once it reaches the valance panel....
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.

Because originally the stripe wasn't on the valance. At least on all the brochures I've seen.  :shruggy:

Yeah but it looks like it stops way before the bottom of the quarter panel  :shruggy: plus if it's a custom it would look much better all the way going on down on the valance.. I painted mine on all the way to the valance.
