Yes,  not sure if it will be some sort of ABS plastic or if I will go with a sheet metal?
I am also considering using that sort of carpet underlayment that you see inside the wheel wells of new automobiles?
I also will insulate the AC lines on the right side to keep them from condensating.

I decided to go with aluminum for the AC and heater line covers. They will be painted with Bed-liner after a few seams are welded. I left the front cover long and will cut to fit the fender.

Left side inter fender covers are fitted and just need a few seams welded. Getting close to pulling the motor and mount the body on the rotisserie.

Just curious what kinds of tools are you using to make the bends so clean on the complex tight areas of your inner fender covers? I've been wanting to get a metal break but not sure how well it will work on complex areas.

I wish I had a box break but unfortunately I just have a standard 24 inch break.  For all the crazy angles I would simply clamp the metal to a firm surface and then clamp on different shape pieces of metal on either side to make the bend, the aluminum is pretty easy to shape.  Next big project I will buy a box break

I started the pluming for the brakes by making the mounts for the line locks and proportional valve to go under the master cylinder to help hide it. I need to make room in the inner fender for the front brake line and I'll do this to keep the lines clear of the motor.

No kidding there....

My life goes so fast these days there's no way I could ever bring that amount of patience to building a car.  I hope by the time my kids are grown and loose more of my hair, I'll regain some quitness again in my life to really spend alot of time to things like that......
