There is a lot of cars in the one pic. What's with the black engine bay and what is up with the trunk lid in the 7th picture. Looks like it's come apart.

Hans west coast outlet or a franchise?

Dreamcar

The vectors are not correct (if you want a GL), the grill on the passenger side looks like it has a wave in it, and who is "Daisy Mae", or did they mean "Daisy may..."?  40K here in Canada...a big maybe because it probably looks better in pictures...but I wouldn't drop 40K U.S.

1969 Charger, 383, Q5/V1W, A35, H51, N88,  numbers match (under restoration)

If its a HLPAG car it likely isn't worth 40k in Canada or anywhere else.

HLPAG is a dealer in Illinois who has made a career out of selling crappy Chargers for big money.  He's basically a crook and he has been getting away with it for some time.  He changes the name of the business from time to time.  HLPAG, Hans Ludke Auto Group, True Muscle Cars...

I always thought she went by Daisy Duke?   :shruggy:

Far as the trunk, if you look at the picture with the hood open you can see masking paper laying on top of the trunk. Must be fixing some rust bubbles? :scratchchin:
I am back

Yeah, the pics & car look like Hans's place in Illinois.

Maybe he is trying to disguise where the car is coming from.  Or maybe a California buyer is trying to unload one of Hans's cars after getting ripped off.

Looks horrible anyways. I didn't pay 40 for my car, and it looks 10X better than any of the ones in those pictures.

That black car was on my list when I was looking for a charger!! Well over a year ago! Man I'm glad I didn't get tangled up with someone like this guy who is trying to pass off junk for big money just cause they are chargers!!!

What is going on in the trunk? :eek2:

Exactly!  I'd be a buyer to the tune of 25-28K tops...  Still a lot of finishing needs to be done with that one to make it right...
Every great legend has it's humble beginning.

Nope... Don't walk away.... Run away!!!

Yea that's too much. I have a similar color 69 that I got 6 months ago and didn't pay that much. I still overpaid but I love the car. Mine has a 440 with 4 speed. So unless they are willing to negotiate or you really love the car and can afford it, run away fast.
