Having a problem posting an avatar.

I can get into my profile and pick a JPG file off my drive using the browse button but all it does is list the file name but the new pic doesn't show up, and now my old pic is gone??  I tried using Chrome and IE11, same result.  Any suggestions??

I'm not sure what the actual problem is but.... avatars have the same size requirements as attachments - 200kb or less. I'm guessing you're choosing a file that's too big. The old one still exists on the server so, if you know the name, you should be able to re-link it. If you try uploading it again it will probably fail due to being a duplicate name.
