I have a set of centerline Telestars that are highly polished.  Will paint stick to them?  Im thinking of painting the to match the body?

If you want regular automotive paint to stick to them, you will have to scuff & prime them. Just painting them the way they are will not work, the paint will flake & peel in no time.

If you want to clear them only, Eastwood sells clears designed to go over polished metal. POR-15 also makes a nice clear designed for this purpose, & is probably more durable than an Eastwood rattle can.
