Ok, waiting for the other can of Organisol paint to show up from Totally Auto so I can tiddy up the rear tail lamp a wee bit so it looks more correct. The last can didn't work very well. They were cool about sending another. The paint that was on it was too glossy and smooth before. For those who know Organisol, you know what I mean. Being the panel isn't a large smooth body panel, this is something I should be able to do. Regardless, it is sanded and scuffed, so there's no turning back now....

.... fast forward........

well, finished up painting the rear tail lamp panel on the ole' Daytona. The new can of Organisol from Totally Auto came in yesterday. The paint laid down pretty good albeit I had to use more than two coats to get good complete coverage. The finish came out pretty darn good if I say so myself for my first garage-paint. I recommend the product.

All buttoned up...... Not perfect, but for doing it in my garage with a rattle can, I think it came out pretty darn good.........
