Just 6T9 CHGR

Finally got the '69 Charger R/T with the V21 Hood Performance Treatment 1:18th diecast made by AutoWorld.  Its a very nice model with a few "flaws" ;)

I actually took it out of the box to get some good shots....I know blasphemy right?  ;)

Pretty cool how they ship it to you with the neg battery cable off...dont want any fires now ;)

Engine is fully plumbed (wires & hoses etc)  Silly that they left the '70 Charger front grill support on there...it should just snap off if so desired.  Real springs on the black painted hinges & even have the hood seal on the under hood (just a black painted stripe)

The interior is nice as well with seat belts (even the roof rail mounted shoulder belts), faux "carpet", steerable front wheels, arm rest pads, window cranks, sill plates etc

Opening trunk is highly detailed as well with a spare & jack...also has an ECS trunk decal!  ;)

Undercarriage is nice with dip primer & color over spray.  Exhaust is "incorrect" with Hemi resonators.  Has the Dana rear as well.  Turning the wheels makes the drive shaft turn as well...

The chassis is serialized as well...this one is # 577 out of ??

The V21 is nicely applied as well although a little "short" in the center of the hood.  The rear stripe is missing the V taper on the trunk lid as well

To make her "mine" I'll be swapping on a set of steelies & dog dishes just as soon as I can figure out how to get the (crappy looking IMHO) excuse for Road Wheels off

That is an awesome model! I'd love to find a 2008-2014 dodge ram 1500 4dr 1:18 in black.  :shruggy:

Looks really nice, lots of details, too.

I wonder why didn't they use that standard internet photo at the boat ramp on the package?   :scratchchin:

Only because of the 440 callouts instead of black, I'm sure it freaked them.  ;)

You can find them a bit cheaper of eBay now since they are available to all

That looks pretty damn good!

Does it come in white or am I going to have to paint a brand new diecast?

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
