Holy Grail I don't think so, but still pretty cool finds. I wonder is they treated them to the same rattle-can restoration work they feature on the show?

Phhht-phhhttt. "Install the headliner yourself. $100,000 please!" :lol:

Great.  Now everyone with a rusted out hulk in their driveway will hold on to it forever in the hopes that they get a ridiculous offer from a t.v. show...

I plan to.  The name of the show will likely be something like "Old Coots Who Sit In The Old Car In Their Back Yard Everyday Getting Wasted".  Hmm, on second thought it will more likely be my kids who cash in.

Cooter

I plan on sell in my junk off so none of the kids fight over em. Plus, I plan on at least one newbie in the hobby being the coolest kid in his/her neighborhood when I do sell. Ironically, this thread is under the flipper rant thread...

"each car underwent $200,000 worth of restoration"

Pa-lease.  ::)

Maybe that figure includes the production costs to film them.

 I like the show, But these guys are major rip off's. They claim they spend 100K on a car to restore, but it's more like 10K. :Twocents:

I like the show too. As far as all the car shows go, I find it the most entertaining. I'd just never buy a car from them.

I sometimes like to think a Gumball Rally remake might be cool.  Probably not...

That's what they were doing up here in Ct back in the fall!!!My cousins friend owns a famous steamed cheeseburger joint up here in Ct,and called him that day to say Richard,Dennis,and Wayne carinni stopped in for food.The place is a couple miles from me,and supposedly they were going back that night to do filming in there.Wonder if they did?Figured they were up here on a car lead/hunt.
