Installing grill/lower valance

Evening all.  Just need a little advice.  Am planning on installing the grill assembly and lower valance on my 68.  Which comes first?  I have all the hardware and the fenders are lined up nice and purty.  Thanks!

Have the grill installed completely in the reinforcement support and install as one unit, then the bumper, and then the valance last. That way you will still be able to get your hands in there to get to all the bolts.

That's the ticket hands down.

Same advice I was given by the old salts here.........only way to go. Heads up though,
there is a bolt that holds the far corners of the valance to the fenders. It's a bitch to get at under the best
of circumstances. I accessed installing these bolts through the parking light openings........still a bitch.
Be patient, you will use all the profanity you know AND you'll make some up.
Afterwards the beer/wine you'll have will be the best in recent memory. Just sayin'......

 Well since I have glass fenders I can make my own bolt holes and mounts so hopefully it won't be too hard.
