Can I use a '72 Charger's disc brake setup on a '69 without modification?

As in the subject, I have a '69 with drums up front but have a line a complete disc front setup. Are they compatible?

Yes, only problem might be sway bar interference.

the setup comes with a sway bar from the '72, so will there be problem mounting that bar on the '69s frame?

The 1970-72 swaybar setup ran through the middle of the K-frame.  1969-down was mounted to the front of the K-frame.
