I just don't enjoy the car anymore and sometimes I wonder why I bought it in the first place.

I'll let it go cheap to the right person.

I'm sorry but I really couldn't help myself.

There's very few materialistic things I really care about.  Much of what I own can be replaced, more than I want to admit can actually just disappear really.  But not the car, I effin adore that car.  Besides a short stint of the Lamborghini Countach being my favorite, at least early on in life, the 2nd gen Charger is the ideal car for me.  There is no multi million dollar supercar that can beat this thing.  I literally fell in love with the body lines as soon as I saw it.  Simple as that.  This was early in life and the car was orange and you know the rest of the story...

I fell in love with it again when I rediscovered it years later at age 20.  It really hit me hard and I had found and bought a '68 within a few months...In Europe...yeah that was easy.   :eek2:

This is my 3rd Charger but I never drove the 2nd one I owned, a '69.  This is the one though.  I knew it was going to be mine as soon as I saw it.  My wife knew as soon as the then owner fired it up.  Quickest deal ever!

She also gave me the car as a gift so it has sentimental attachment as well.

Sadly I may not have the time to enjoy it for a while longer as I'm now taking full time school loads and I just don't have the time to do all the work that needs to be done.  I hope to get the current projects finished so it can go back on the road again but it won't happen any time soon.

Still I don't complain, I'm happy just looking at it.   :icon_smile_cool:

When I talked with him yesterday, he said he was entertaining offers and the highest was 25 so  :shruggy:
Or the listing has expired..........

I hope he hasn't sold it, I wanna talk him out of the mag 5's that are on it.

It doesn't matter if you have time to play with your Charger or not Dino, the car is already yours. Owning it is 9/10 the battle, and the dream of many who don't have one.  :2thumbs:

From what I could see in the ad the car needs a lot of work still.  I don't recall the wheels though.

You sir are absolutely right!   :2thumbs:

I'm just not used to not being able to drive it.  It's 35 and wet here today, but I would be out there if it was running...which reminds me to look up that thread about the intermittent wiper switch someone was building.  :scratchchin:
