I've been away from my project for awhile but recently bought a replacement 727 tranny mount.  It has a weird angle to it and I was wondering if it was normal.  To be honest my car has been apart so long I can't remember if the thrashed original mount was at an angle or not.

It's rubber , has a bit of flex to it , once you line it up to bolt it in , I wouldn't be concerned

The "single stud" mount pictured does have a little angle built into it.
