Not quite sure but see some serious rust damage on rear frame from car sitting...also need drivers side splash pan replaced

Have changed restores..the 71 was just too far gone for me...bought a 72 frame and body in pretty good shape but need
the drivers side floor panel cut and re-welded...I dont have a welder or have ever welded...anyone around St louis want to give me a hand?
