Wide front tire on a 73?

Hey guys. Can I put a 245/50/14 on the front of my 73 Charger? Im not sure if thats too wide? I have spare tires in that size I could use because I new fronts.

I had a wide tire once upon a time on mine.  It is fine but steering is a bit tougher.

Yes, depending on your wheel backspacing and ride height. But that tire is so short, I think it would fit anyway. I think you really need a taller tire to fill the huge 73 Charger wheel well.

I just checked, I guess its a 245/60/14. So that should be better right?
