I'm off to see this at the weekend. I was very impressed with replies re the 71 r/t on another thread and hoped you lot could have a quick look at this and see if anything stands out.
I'm looking for a car which looks its age but doesn't need any major work doing to it.
I've had plenty experience with buying and running old cars but none what so ever with Chargers (apart from what I've read and been told)
Thanks

I know this car and one of the owners. It was in Mopar Muscle August  2006
Very nice car.

Gadabra's car! Being sold by him, or the guy who got it from him?

The guy who's selling it is called Gary. He's had it for some tin (I forget how long he said now) and he bought it from the guy who imported it to the Uk and he lived in Wales I think.
Looks like there's a lot of history still attached to this car.

I'm not sure what the price equals in dollars, but that's a heck of a rallye and a well known one at that!

Chargers are quite pricy over here, even Gen 3's. A rough exchange would be around $31000 of your funny money :)
As a rule, the price in the States in dollars would be the price in sterling by the time it was over here, taxes etc paid.
The disadvantage is though that you don't see it in the flesh until it gets here.
The price is pretty ball park over here, although no ones got much spare cash over here at the moment, so I'd be hoping for something off the asking price,
It's got a few small issues but nothing you wouldn't expect from a 40 year old car. Body work is the main thing though and it still looks good, even in our wet climate!
If I do buy it, I'd love to find out as much as I can about its past life.

I can't recall, Gadabra's actual name... He is member here

There's some good memories on this board!
Looking at the members list, Gadabra is Gary who's selling it but he last posted in 2005, and only after 3 times!

Nacho-RT74

He was posting on 3rd gen charger board after 2005, but not latelly.

Was there in fact were I read he was to sell it, but that was long time ago. I thought he already did it, back in the day

Thanks
