I am being asked to increase the size & width of the tires & mags on my 1969 Charger S/E by my kids. Would also like advice on any particular bigger rears vs. fronts ratios. Over the years there were some pretty awesome changes some have made . Need to know limits for now . Any recommended mag/tire vendors ?

the front i am not sure, but on the rear 15x10 rear wheel with 5.5 backspacing 295-50-15 will fit with no trimming.

I run 245/60/15 on the front with no problem and run deep dish Cragier SS. Could handle 255 with right back spacing with no problem.

My heap is mini tubbed with a 18x12 and a 7" bs and a 345 tire, but you probably don''t want to get that caried away. LOL
What was I thinking?

Then would a 15 X 9 Rim with 4.5 B.S. fit also ?
just wondering ... seems right ? but tires & rims are not my strength ?

I have 275-60-15 on my 68 charger front and rear mounted on oem cop wheels. Fronts only rub when cranked far as possible. I have room in the back for wider tires. 295's will fit with no problem.
