Did all superbirds  come with remote mirrors

No, Ive seen manual mirrors.

Im pretty sure you will also see the manual mirrors in the pictures with all the Superbirds lined up in a lot getting to be shipped or just received at a rail yard?

I have seen them with a left and right mirrors.

remote mirrors and passenger side mirrors cost each around $7 to add, and you could get them any way you like.  You could get driver remote, driver remote with matching (non remote) passenger, non remote driver, or non remote driver with matching passenger.

  I bought my bird new and it came with one driver side manual mirror.   Rick.

Will the right mirror the same as left side.

From what I heard the non remote mirrors are swappable from side to side. Check the part# to be certain they repo them. I have a original with pentstar at the bottom not sure if repos have that detail

they are the same left to right, and Dave is right about some of the older repops not having the pentastar, though nearly all of the new repops do.
